How We’ll Get There:

Here’s how I like to work: It’s all about you, your vision, and creating a plan that’s as unique as you are.

  1. Visualizing Your Ideal Life:

What does your ideal life look like? I’m talking about everything—your career, your relationships, your health, your finances, your spiritual growth, and living with purpose. This is your life, your vision, and we’re going to make it clear so you can focus on getting there.

  2. Creating Your Roadmap:

Once we’ve got that vision in mind, we’ll break it down into real, actionable goals. No overwhelming lists of things to do—just clear, achievable steps that will get you on the road to thriving in this life.

  3. Support, Motivation, and Accountability:

I’m here to walk with you in this journey.  I’ll be the one who supports you when things get tough, celebrates your wins, and holds you accountable to the plan we create together. This isn’t about how someone else thinks you should be living; it’s about helping you stay focused on what matters to you.

How We’ll Work Together

Weekly Sessions:

We’ll meet once a week—either in person or virtually—and check in on how things are going. These sessions are all about keeping you on track, setting goals, and adjusting things as needed

Daily Communication:

Recovery isn’t a once-a-week thing. I’ll be available daily, whether it’s through text, phone calls, or email. Need a little encouragement? I’ve got you. Need to talk something through? I’m just a message away.

A Plan That’s All About You:

This is your life, so we’ll tailor everything to fit your unique goals and vision. It’s not a cookie-cutter plan—it’s about creating something that works for you, based on what you need and where you want to go.

The Science of Addiction + How We Heal

You probably already know that addiction isn’t just about willpower—it messes with your brain. Specifically, it depletes dopamine, which is a huge player in motivation, energy, and focus. It can bring on issues like:

  • Low energy
  • Lack of motivation
  • Anxiety or depression
  • Insomnia

But here’s the good news! We can absolutely rebuild that healthy dopamine together. And I’m not talking about the “think positive” stuff—this is based on science and real, practical steps that work:

1. Social Connections:

Relationships matter. Building a support system is a big part of getting your dopamine back on track. We’ll work on strengthening those connections and finding people who truly lift you up.

2. Targeted Exercise and Nutrition:

Exercise and eating right aren’t just about looking good—they’re a powerful way to boost your mood, energy, and focus. We’ll come up with a routine and eating habits that work for you.

3. Optimizing Sleep:

Sleep is a game changer in recovery. If you’re not sleeping well, it’s hard to feel good. We’ll work on making sure you’re getting the rest you need to feel energized and clear-headed.

"Detox - that’s the first step to recovery. We had been at that first step before with a family member, and sometimes completing that first step is extremely hard but imperative to taking the next step. With bad/ineffective experiences in our past - we found Brian. Having Brian in our home with our loved one for almost a week was beyond what we had expected. Within the first few moments of meeting him, we could tell he had the passion, life experience, patience, firmness and knowledge to accomplish exactly what we needed. He went above and beyond all that we asked, starting a relationship and friendship that we hope will last a very long time. He truly has a passion to help others move along a road that he also traveled"

Brian assisted me during a very trying at-home detox. Brian's approach is unique in that it is focused on individual treatment and home-based recovery. Anyone who has the burden of responsibilities, be it to work or other, will appreciate this. The ability to still function in your profession or job is a godsend. I strongly recommend Brian.

In May of 2024, after years of self medicating, I landed in a treatment center in Georgia. As my 30 days neared its end, I got nervous. IOP was out of the question as a next step and my marriage was in shambles. I suddenly didn’t know if I was a ready for real life. I was put in contact with Brian and about a week left until my graduation date. Brian immediately showed a genuine interest in my story, asked direct questions and helped me better understand my own goals moving forward. I felt like I had the support I needed to get back into my life. Brian has consistently been there, encouraging me and keeping me accountable since I left treatment. He is knowledgeable and well connected with several useful resources. Having someone with his recovery experience to communicate with was invaluable. I respect him as a professional, appreciate him as a man and would not be where I am today without his support.

Working with Brian has given me access to range of different tools to help keep me sober. The most valuable of which have been the regiment designed to get me feeling physically reinvigorated and mentally content with normal life again. Without Brian, it likely would have taken me light years on my own to get where I have after only a month of sobriety. I’m not sure if I could have done it on my own, but I know for sure he has helped me get to a place where I can feel confident managing my sobriety far sooner than I would have without all of his help and expertise. The daily chats serve as a reminder of the goals we’re working towards, and are a potent source of re-alignment if you start to falter. Highly recommend.
